Meaning: to cooperate on a great undertaking or joint project

Background: On December 26, 2023, in commemoration of the 130th anniversary of the birth of Mao Zedong, Xi Jinping gave a speech celebrating Chairman Mao and his work towards founding and building the Chinese Communist Party.
